What is the Computational Thinking @ Wake Workshop for Teachers?
The Computational Thinking @ Wake CS4HS Teacher Workshop is an annual 2-day professional development opportunity for local middle and high School teachers in STEAM disciplines. We help teachers learn and incorporate computational thinking skills into their existing curriculum so that they can introduce critical problem solving skills to students before they reach college. Our workshop is generously supported by the Google CS4HS program and Wake Forest University Departments of Computer Science and Physics. Our workshop has been continuously funded since 2012, and it has been featured in Mashable (link), Huffington Post (link), and Fox 8 News (link).
