This is just to let you know that I have not given up. I intended to write
a reply this evening on especially the WHY labour question (Riccardo,
Jerry, Chris, Fred and others -- not to mention Mike (literally), since we
still seem to agree on allmost all these issues). But most of my time has
gone by just reading the communications. I will come back in a few days.
