I request the Advisory Committee of OPE-L to contact Alan Freeman to learn if and when list manager Jerry Levy has passed on to Alan the names of ALL those persons to whom Jerry forwarded Alan's private, mis-sent email. If Alan has not received such a list, I request the Committee to ask Alan if he wishes to receive the list. If so, the Advisory Committee should deliberate the issue of whether Alan is entitled to receive the list, and then take appropriate steps. I believe that the Advisory Committee should inform the list of its decisions.
