Dear Jerry;
 
I share sorrow of the news on our old friend, Mike Kidron. His World Atlas (1981) and  War Atlas (1983) were translated into Japanese by me and broadly circulated in Japan.  It would be welcome if anyone updates these illuminating books. He is unforgetable for me, together with always encouraging communication,  also as a publisher of my first English book, Value and Crisis (1980). Thank you, Mike!
