This is not a credible source.

The article is written by the right-wing  www.stratfor.com , which
specializes in "global intelligence" and is based out of Austin, Texas
with an office in Washington, D.C..  _Barron's_  magazine described
stratfor as "a private quasi-CIA" ! For an expose on stratford, see
