I am sure they are serious, I will look at the longer texts
that they have on the web site and see if it contains anything
that makes sense.

The short one looks like mystificatory verbiage, they are certainly
incapable of expressing their ideas in a clear and concise form,
and I doubt that this is just a matter of translation.
