In the case where the composition of capital is constant:
"A Growing Demand for Labour-Power Accompanies Accumulation
if the Composition of Capital remains the Same" (Ch. 25, Section 1).

But, from Section 2 onward thru the rest of Ch. 25 the
composition  of capital is growing and when it does other
results emerge.
