I have in Flemish Gouverneur's book Kapitalisme Vandaag (1989) and there are several publications of his online.

Most Marxist empirical research one way or another relies on the concept of value added in order to verify value relations. 

However the concept of value added itself, the accounting principles involved, and its computation is rarely questioned - it is just that the official value added magnitude is adjusted in some ways.

In defence of Gouverneur it must be said that he does try to estimate quantities of labour-time.
