[OPE] Rising rice prices spark concerns across Asia

Yet another indication that stagflation is looming as the major
problem ahead for the international capitalist economy ... and 
workers.  In this case, it is rising food prices rather than deflation  
and economic collapse which is a trigger for radicalization.
Note that in the Great Depression of the 20th Century there were
falling food prices.
