[OPE] U.S. Treasury Considers Buying Stakes in Banks

Well, it may not be the traditional form of nationalization,
but it is a sort of quasi-neo-nationalization of the banks which
is being considered. With co-ownership, will the state
have co-control over bank policies? Is this another indication
of a move towards corporate state capitalism?
