Thank you Dave Z. and Jerry.   It is available only in Spanish. Unfortunately the universities in the Spanish speaking countries have not evolved yet in the direction of those of Netherlands and some Scandinavian countries, adopting the lingua franca of science: English.   Besides, my dissertation adopts the methodology of Praxeology, which consists in a verbal deduction from the fact that “men have ends and employ means to attain them”, an axiom so long ago dropped by mainstream economics. This makes the evaluation of my dissertation more difficult for some professional economists. The profession has stopped to read on prose.   Paul C. was in the examining board and I don’t exaggerate when I say that he is the only one who has founded objections to my thesis, particularly that of the impossibility of dynamic efficiency in central planning economies (instead of the Austrian impossibility of calculation).   Nevertheless, since we are dealing with mechanisms that have hardly put fully into practice the falsification of our theses (for and against) are impossible.
