Hello Perelman.
Since the impossibility of economic calculation has been the most important course upon Marxists’ heads, I think that we should look at those works that try to confront the impossibility in its own terms. Therefore I would suggest a book which offers a path breaking insight from a Marxist point of view:
1) Cockshott, Paul and Allin Cottrell. Towards a New Socialism, Nottingham, Russell Press, 1993.
Concerning the article. Has it to be written on 21st or 20th century? If it is the last one I would suggest:
2) Lange, Oskar. “Marxian Economics in the Soviet Union”, The American Economic Review, 35, 1, 1945, pp. 127-133.
Regards,A. Agafonow

Asunto: [OPE] Request for outstanding Marxist economic writings
I have been asked to nominate outstanding Marxist economics books to be translated from English into Chinese; and also, the outstanding Marxist economic article written in the 21st century.
I would appreciate any suggestions as soon as possible.
