I have no worries about letting Gil(and others) have the last word and
it's only fair. So please excuse me if I don't respond for reasons of time,
having used up a lot of space, and just plain because no matter how much
you love each other, someone has to put the phone down.
I do want to make it clear that my silence doesn't imply dismissal or a refusal
to respond; I am reading what Gil writes with great care and interest,
which it deserves.
In *particular* I promise to study Gil's numbers. And come up with answers.
