to be appreciated.
I think it as important to register agreement, as to
register disagreement; on the basis of what is said
in this post, I think a range of substantive agreements
exist.
I would hope any subsequent discussion of differences
does not obscure this fact.
The time Duncan has clearly spent studying the material,
is likewise very welcome.
