[OPE-L:4261] Persefoni Tsaliki and Lefteris Tsoulfidis

Lefteris and Persefoni are two members of the younger generation of
Marxists working in Greek universities. Both received their PhD's from
the New School for Social Research in New York City and have experience
doing Marxian empirical research on the Greek economy. Both come highly
recommended from several listmembers.

Persefoni Tsaliki is a Senior Lecturer and director of the the BA course
in Business Administration and Economic Studies at City College, a private
institution, in Thessaloniki. She summarizes her research interests as:

> Theories of Crisis
> Growth
> Competition and the related Industrial Organization topics
> Theory of value

Lefteris Tsoulfidis is an Assistant Professor in Political Economy in the
Department of Economic Studies at the University of Macedonia, also in
Thessaloniki. Lefteris and Persefoni have similar research interests.
Lefteris summarized his interests as:

> Competition, Transformation Problem, Growth and Cycles from a
> theoretical and an empirical perspective.
