Dear Francisco P. Cipolla:

Thank you for your mentioning my book as a good contribution in your
message as follows. I am running a course on the World Capitalism, Japan
and Australia with Dick Bryan here in the University of Sydney for two
months. I think that Dick Bryan's book, The Chase Across the
Globe(Boulder, San Francisco, Oxford: Westview Press, 1995) among others
is highly recommendable for your interest.

All the best,
Makoto Itoh
