I am pleased to announce that Chris Arthur, currently living in Brighton,
England, has joined OPE-L.
Most of us are familiar with some of Chris's published works, but the
following will probably tell you a fair amount about current activities
and publications than you were aware of.

Chris Arthur formerly taught philosophy his interests and at the
University of Sussex, England and is now free-lance researcher. The main
project is to write a book called The Idea of Capital which will use
systematic dialectic and value form analysis much more thoroughly than
Marx. Originally the project was to see how Hegel influenced Marx but I
concluded Marx did not understand this himself so we have to reconstruct
the theory with the dialectical categories more up-front.
