I'm not sure I understand what you think are the issues here. Are you
mainly concerned about the implications of the transformation of work for
wage-earners in the "service sector" vis-a-vis value? (If so, how has the
work itself from the perspective of the wage-earner been transformed?;
are the wage-earners in this sector productive labourers?) Or, is your
concern related to the transformation of work outside of the direct
wage-labour/capital relation? Or, are you studying petty-commodity
production in the so-called "informal sector"?

Also, what was the title and source of the paper where you wrote about
this subject?
