I did a quick search for the book you asked about.
1. It seems to have been published in 1984 by Folkestone of
Kent, England.
2. Amazon.com says it's out-of-print.
3. The only library I found with a copy was the Library of Congress in DC.
Given some of our discussions it is a curious title.
