Yes, given some of our discussions is a *very* curious title. However I
have never seen a reference to it in an article or book but, as you say,
Amazon.com lists it as out of print.
How did you access the Library of Congress? I had serched in the London
School of Economics Library, but they don't have it.
Maybe the title is misleading... or maybe not!
