I got the virus from the file Jurriaan sent me because I asked her to
convert your file into a mime version. So, I guess the virus was from
Jurriaan rather than from you. I misunderstood I got it from you since it
was from your file Jurriaan posted to me.
Anyhow, I have not seen your book, the political economy of money and
finance. It is very difficult to see such a new book in Korean libraries.
Your points which are not known to me are not dealt with in my paper. I
just read recent papers published in Journal of money, credit and banking,
Journal of economic history, etc.
