Topic: Sailor Stars
Dub
 Yin:
First off, although DiC seems worse than Cloverway, I'd probably go
and kill myself if anyone tried to even TOUCH my precious Sailor Stars.
*glomps Yaten*
 Yang:
After what those homophobic dubbers have done to Michiru and Haruka
(cousins just make it worse when you find out the truth) I wouldn't
dare think of what they'd to the Sailor Starlights, I'd faint (I love
myself too much to kill myself like Yin-chan)
Yin:
*lets go of Yaten and blushes* Anyway, they'd probably turn Seiya, Yaten,
and Taiki into full-time girls. Which would make Seiya a lesbian. And
we can't have that can we?? Oh no. Homosexuality is evil. So then they'd
make Seiya (or should I say Sandra?) and Serena cousins. Which would
mean Serena would already know the Three Lights, unless you want to
go on a pointless sob story about Serena's long lost cousins, abandoned
at birth. And that totally blows their meeting. They'd also have to
cut the shower episode, as well as the one when they all go swimming.
Or we could go the route of the Italian dubs, and have three sets of
twins. Which is even worse...six Starlights? Why even bother with the
brothers? And that brings us back to turning the Starlights into girls.
There's no point in them dubbing Sailor Stars, it would be one big contradiction
the whole way through. *takes deep breath and wipes forehead*

Not bad for a first rant? Anyway...all that made me hungry, and I hear
there's strawberries in the kitchen! So until next time, minna-san!

Amen, Yin! America has made homosexuality into something dirty!! The
shower scene isn't dirty, they're acutually clean! No just kidding.
The shower scene is supposed to be funny! I mean, what's better than
seeing ChibiChibi trying to expose Seiya? Anyways, homosexuality shouldn't
come across as something dirty, it's something that's going to happen
more and more and the dubbers censoring the homo people is wrong and
is nothing different from replacing black people with white...it's discrimination!
Besides, kids are going to find out that some people are attracted to
people of the same gender, and they're going to make it even dirtier
than if their parents simply explained it as something different, just
as parents explain why some have dfferent coloured skin, etc.
Yin:
*mouth full of strawberries* Better hurry, Yang-chan! The strawberries
are almost gone!
