unbelievable that in the nyt coverage (sept 20th article by j burns) only one paragraph at the very end of the article is devoted to Musharraf's riposte to india. burns says that bush attempted to reassure reporters that the US would try to keep the region as safe as possible. no analysis, no follow up. it just could not be more disturbing.
