Most easily subject to civil prosecution in the State of New York (either
in state or federal court) are those who live and/or work in the State,
including URPE staff/officers/board, our list manager, and myself, as
examples.

Unless one wants to learn how to deal with court cases, it can be a pain in
the ass to get served, even if you think the case against you is
ridiculous. So, if some on this list within 'firing range' prefer not to
get involved or be 'dragged in', it is understandable. (Remember how much
energy our friend Karl put into the Herr Vogt problem.)

For myself and after the 11 emails of today, I say that Terry McDonough is
a good and long-term friend, is not a liar, and is unlikely to put himself
on this list without reasons he felt to be justified.

So, we if want to solve this problem on either side of the fence, we should
look elsewhere.

Paul
