Sticking with the measurement of surplus value, how does one measure an
increase in the intensity of labor?  An increased intensity of labor would
cause output/worker/period of time -- and surplus value --  to increase but
how can we determine what the increase in  surplus value is  that can be
attributable to increasing labor intensity alone?  That is, how we can
separate out increases in surplus value due to increased labor intensity
(speed-up) vs. increased technological change?
