Even though you don't have time for such a research project now, what
would you consider to be further movement towards the empirical
measurement of  international value transfers?  I.e. what do you view
as the further concrete next steps that need to be taken?

I'd also be interested in hearing what others on the list see as a
research agenda (e.g.   I., II. A. B. C., III, etc.)  needed to measure
international transfers of value.  This might be a good project for a
group of people to work on.
