Yes, I would say his interpretation of Marxian philosophy is still one of  
the best in international Marxism. His papers on Hegel and German idealism are  
also worthwhile to read.

Dogan:

Sure he said  that.  Leninist, Trotskyist, and Stalinist presentations
of the  intellectual development of "dialectical materialism" all tend to
give  pride of place (after Engels) to Plekhanov.  That's not an  argument
for Plekhanov's interpretations, though.   How many  Marxian scholars
today would say that "Plekhanov's presentation of Marx's  philosophy
is the best one in international Marxism"?  Would  you?
