Now that we're in the Summer and people are going away on vacations, the
following bears repeating:

When we moved to a Web-based system earlier this year (the same time the
list address changed from 'OPE-L' to 'OPE'), changes in mail delivery must
be done via the Web interface(rather than the old way with e-mail commands
to listserv). You can change your mail settings yourself or I can do it
for you. To set it yourself, you need to know your password. If you don't
know that, I can have it sent to you again.
