It is an ironic time for you to be pointing to the alleged
insights of mainstream economists about pricing. How many of
them, using those tools of analysis, accurately predicted
the current disequilibrium? Mainstream analysts are justifiably
being held up for public scrutiny and ridicule: e.g. see
John Stewart's interview of Jim Cramer @ http://www.the dailyshow.com.
