Eleventh thesis on Feuerbach: The philosophers have only interpreted the
world, in various ways; the point is to change it.

The point is still to change the world. It seems to me that the crucial
information is already at hand. Intellectuals do not produce the
information the workers need if they are not involved in the struggle to
change it, practically, not only intellectually. I mean practically *with*
the workers. The capitalist class has been able, in the last decades, to
isolate the intellectual socialist movement from the worker's practical
struggles. I'm sorry to say it, but it seems to me that the fact today is
that the workers don't receive the intellectual's information, and the
socialist intellectuals are not producing the explanations the workers
need, because they are isolated from one another. Strong organization
requires to re-unite them. The point is to explain how to do this and how
to overcome the isolation.

Do you really believe that it is possible, in a capitalist society, to
break this link? This would mean to break the link between the capitalist
class and politics, which seems absurd to me. The capitalist class rules
both money and politics. The fact the socialist intellectuals have lost of
sight the possibility of the revolution, does not mean that the capitalist
class can be defeated without it, by juridical means within the state they
rule. This can be done only in words, not in real life.
