The Visit to Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond
Recently the research group of Dr. Richard Williams visited Dr. Hadis Morkoç's lab at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Morkoç is a prominent researcher in the field of semiconductor devices. The facilities at VCU encompass pretty much all aspects of semiconductor device growth, processing ang testing. Also during the visit, Dr. Sebahattin Tüzemen, who is visiting our lab on a Fulbright Fellowship, gave a seminar on ZnO. Here are some photos.
