• adaptive keyboard is a bad news for some [that's almost everyone] users (hidden {particularly PrtSc!!!}/relocated keys, funky noisy clickpad.)
• no physical buttons for volume up/down/mute, mic mute, Fn+spacebar for keyboard backlit
• No SD slot
• no disk access, wireless, ac adapter (power button blinks a few times only), fingerprintLEDs
• still < 2 hours battery life at full power, 2 hours to full charge (very minor with rapid charge when it works)
• errors in trackpad, keys, external mouse, OpenGL, CPU speed, battery life
• same T420s/T430s panel P/N?
• TPM 1.2, no TPM 2.0, no connected standby to use eDrive, Windows 8.1 new encryption
• "new" Black - lighter color, cheap plasticky metal look, not rubbery feel anymore
• Lenovo and ThinkPad logo on cover upside down - it is for other people to see, wrong way for you
• no Thunderbolt
• no 2880x1620, 3200x1800 (only Yoga 2 Pro), 4K 3840x2160(only upcoming Y50)

The download is only 1.x, it will updat itself on first launch to DA Core to 1.1.21 and DA App to 1.5.19 and then download (slowly) a 1.43GB preview updater from 1.5 to 3.0.236 Lenovo Mystique OEM (Mystique is the codename for X1 Carbon Gen 2 if i remember correctly)

Also, if you choose English with Chinese accent (I think it means Mandarin, Cantonese accent doesn't work), Adaptive Keyboard Settings would say system language not supported. It is kind of wonky.

no buttons clickpad is very loud, the whole piece travels when click and make noise. some times the top 3 buttons won't response.

If you choose TrackPoint only, you have option of using the whole right side as button instead just top and bottom (standard or slightly larger sizes)

still no control of TrackPoint sensitivity and middle button as neither or zoom instead of scroll like pre-Windows 8 UltraNav.

2 problems

- limited to 2 digital displays (w/o it, you can have three - LCD+HDMI+mDP, go figure) - i cannot get it to
activate the 3rd monitor (let alone 4th or 5th)

even worse, I can't get it to drive both digital display 1 (DVI-VGA)
1200x1920 and digital display 2 (DP) 2560x1600.  it will only do LCD+one of the other two.

I am not sure it works better with lower resolution display like 1080p
or 1600 or worse.  (it looks like it is tied to the intel chipset)

- in rotated mode trackpad tracking is wrong, its calibration is way off, you move upwards on the clickpad or trackpoint, the mouse go diagonal.
you better remember the windows shortcut keys to get back to landscape,
using the mouse is out of question, you ended up moving in circles,
can't hit the drop down and buttons.
