Re: [OPE] Venezuela is the most democratic country in Latin America

An analysis of the internal weakness of Chavismo is good. But the situation of political and civil liberties in Venezuela is not less important. This is not a pro-Chavez/anti-Chavez style. This is pro-democratic/ anti-democratic style of the way to socialism. Particularly important due to the authoritarian record of communists during the twentieth century.   Regards,A.
