Tracking Software

To track our fluorescent peroxisomes or cells, we have used an outstanding piece of software called Video Spot Tracker.Video Spot Tracker was developed by the CISSM (Center for Computer Integrated Systems for Miscroscopy and Manipulation) at UNC Chapel Hill. You can also use the software for other select types of tracking.
