Working with Graphics: PDF Format

PDF images used with PDF LaTeX is currently my favorite way to work with graphics as well as text. In Windows, PDF images can be created easily by printing a graphic in any format and selecting Redirect to PDF from the list of printers. Again, if you can display an image on the screen, then you can just take a picture of the screen by pressing the PrtSc button and paste the image into any photo editor, crop it as desired, and then print and redirect to obtain your PDF image file.
